Refund policy
The Self Code
We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the delivery date. This means you must both request the return and ship the item back within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returns requested or shipped after this 7-day period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging, including protective sheet and envelope
• Free from damage caused after delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return or refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging and visible issue
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Used or worn items
• Items not in original condition
• Items returned without original packaging
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
• 5–10 business days for credit/debit card refunds
• 1–3 business days for PayPal refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they are shipped.
If an order is returned due to refusal or incorrect address, the refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
